Time does zoom by when you are having fun and sometimes when you are not.
Just a few days back it was Christmas and we were all busy preparing for Christmas at the shop and now its already time for Valentines day.
What does valentines day signify to you?
Is it just taking your sweetheart out for dinner with a beautiful floral gift or even more extravagant or is it a romantic dinner with a single rose?? Whatever way we choose we are following the tradition to celebrate this holiday of romance.
Most people think that only roses signify romance–yes it is an age old tradition to send a roses, but today you can send any other flowers arranged skillfully and artistically by your talented floral designers at a local flower shop like Flower Kingdom and it still conveys the message of love and romance.
Romance and love are at the heart and essence of celebrating Valentine’s Day. Every year on February 14th we celebrate Valentine’s Day with our romantic partner. This year I am going to also wish “A Happy Valentine’s Day” to everyone. Make it a happy day regardless of what you get as a gift or give as a gift, because it is not the price tag on the gift but the thought that counts. Every year my children gave me a hand made Valentine’s day cards and they bring flowers from the shop home (hiding them as a surprise) and no matter how worn out I am after working for 4 days in a row 18 hours a day, I end up with a smile on my face and tears of gratitude, because of the warmth and sincerity of their gesture.
This year I would like to hear from our Flower Kiingdom Customers about their love filled Valentine day story that brought a smile to their face…because I know each of us has a unique story to share…maybe it was a loved one back from the war, or a rekindled romance, or just pure love of a child…do share your stories with us as we prepare for the hectic holiday called Valentine’s Day…
We the Team of FLOWER KINGDOM wish everyone a wonderful Valentine’s Day.
